Put AI to work

Manas connects your business data into one living knowledge base, then builds, deploys and maintains AI agents that work from it, each with its own computer, skills and workflows.

Three cores. One team.

Illustration: hundreds of small blocks, each one a piece of company knowledge, gather into the Manas symbol. Its left stroke, centre and right stroke stand for Advisory, Development and Training. Agents read from it, lighting blocks in their own colour.

Agents are only as good as what they know. So we build the brain first.

01The brain

A living knowledge base your agents act on

Everything your business knows, connected and kept in sync. When something happens, an agent pulls the context it needs and acts on it, without asking anyone.

Interactive example. Pick an event: a customer renewal 30 days away, an invoice 14 days overdue or a supplier raising prices. For each, an agent reads the facts it needs from the company brain, then acts in your tools. Emails to customers and suppliers can wait for your approval.

02The agents

Agents with their own computers

Each agent gets a cloud desktop with a browser, apps and files, plus the skills and workflows for its job. It uses your software the way a person would, including tools that have no API.

03Operations

Trained, monitored and maintained

Agents need managing, like any new team member. We watch every one, fix what breaks and keep teaching them as your business changes.

Live example of agent operations: a feed of what each agent is doing, problems the Manas team fixes, and requests that wait for your approval.

QuestionsThe seven we hear most

Before we talk

Anything else is a good question for the call. A short description of the process you have in mind is enough to start.

Do we need clean, organized data first?

No. Connecting messy sources is part of the work. The brain organizes information as it syncs, and we flag the gaps that matter for the agents you’ve chosen.

What does it mean that agents have their own computers?

Each agent works in its own cloud desktop with a browser, apps and files, signed in to the tools you approve. That lets it use software the way a person does, including older tools without an API.

What can an agent see and do?

Only what you grant, per agent and per system. Sensitive actions, like payments or emails to customers, can wait for a person’s approval, and every action is logged.

Can you work with the tools we already use?

Yes. We build around your current tools rather than asking you to switch. Where a tool has an API we use it; where it doesn’t, the agent uses it through its own computer.

What happens when a process or tool changes?

With Agent operations, we retrain the agent, update its skills and workflows, and test the change before it goes live. Without it, we hand over documentation so your team can make changes.

Who owns the brain and the agents?

Your business. The knowledge base, agent setups and workflows are built for you and stay with you.

How is pricing determined?

By scope. Each engagement is set out in a proposal, including responsibilities and third-party costs such as model usage and software licences.
