Engagements

Three ways to work with Manas

Find the right starting point with a Blueprint, put your company brain and first agents into production with a Build, then keep them improving with Agent operations. Each engagement has its own scope, agreed in a proposal.

Blueprint

Find the right starting point.

We look at how work and knowledge move through your business, then recommend which agents to build first and what the brain needs to support them.

What happens

  • Conversations with the people who do the work
  • An inventory of your tools and where knowledge lives
  • A ranking of processes by time saved, risk and readiness

What you get

  • A map of your company’s knowledge and systems
  • A prioritized list of agents worth building
  • A build plan with scope, timeline and costs

What we need from you

  • A sponsor who can make decisions
  • Time with the people closest to the process
  • Read access to the relevant tools
Project · Steps 02–03, Connect and Deploy

Build

Your brain and first agents, live.

A defined project with clear deliverables, acceptance criteria and a timeline. We connect your sources, build the agents and run them alongside your team before they take on work alone.

What happens

  • Connect your sources into the brain and set permissions
  • Set up each agent’s computer, skills and workflows
  • Test against real examples from your business
  • Run in parallel with your team, then hand over

What you get

  • A working company knowledge base
  • Agents in production on agreed processes
  • Documentation, access controls and an activity log

What we need from you

  • A process owner on your side
  • Access to the tools the agents will use
  • Real examples to test with
Ongoing · Step 04, Maintain

Agent operations

Keep your agents working and improving.

An ongoing engagement within an agreed scope. We look after the agents you have, keep them current as your business changes and find new work for them.

What happens

  • Regular reviews of agent output
  • Retraining when tools or processes change
  • Monitoring, fixes and expired sign-ins
  • New skills and new agents over time

What you get

  • Agents that stay reliable as your business changes
  • A clear record of what each agent did
  • A rolling roadmap of the next agents to build

What we need from you

  • A regular check-in with the process owner
  • Feedback on agent output
  • Approval for new agents and permissions

Connected work, clearly scoped.

A Blueprint can inform a later Build. Agent operations keeps what you’ve built improving and often surfaces the next agent worth building. Each engagement has its own scope, with responsibilities and third-party costs, such as model usage and software licences, set out in the proposal.
